Meet your coaches:

Jill Douka MBA MCC

Jill Douka MBA, MCC is a Master Certified Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation in the 4% of coaches worldwide, International Bestselling Author of Create Love, bestselling author of How to Create Your Life, Suddenly Now and Woman Now Business Mentor Awarded by European Union and Global Academy of Coaching Director

She is Greek Canadian and has trained, coached and mentored thousands of individuals in Europe, USA and Asia. She is considered to be one of the most acclaimed coaches in Europe by the press and is one of the first Europeans invited to speak in a TEDx event in Asia and Europe in the same year.

She is the founder of Global Academy of Coaching which is dedicated into supporting individuals to become coaches who support their clients to thrive while at the same time they serve as top leaders within their community. She holds an MBA from ALBA and is an International Coach Academy graduate.

She has studied Human Resources in Cornell University and holds a Masters degree in Cultural Management and Political Science from Université Paris Dauphine. Studied Contemporary Dance and Choreography in Merce Cunningham Foundation in New York. Jill is a member of Hellenic Coaching Association, member of the European Business Mentors, member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and founding member of the European Evolutionary Business Council. Scott Masciarelli MCC, BCC

Scott Masciarelli, MCC, BCC is a Global Leadership Coach and Coach Trainer. He has held corporate leadership roles, lived overseas as an expatriate, speaks several languages and is an avid world traveler on his quest to live life as an adventure.

With over 25 years of business, leadership and learning & development experience, Scott brings a depth of experience and wisdom to his training. The dynamic combination of leadership, adventure and travel brings a unique perspective to his work.

Scott partners with expatriates, executives and clients with a global view who want to experience success on their own terms. While asking himself "what's next?" he found that coaching was the perfect way to harmonize all of his interests, life experience and passions. Many of his clients and students are asking "what’s next?" in their career, business and life and are ready to explore possibilities as they journey through transition and into transformation.

His coaching clients and students participate in personal and professional leadership development through individual and group coaching, retreats and getaways. During these journeys clarity is reached, ideas are born and transformation invited. Emilia Kakavani ACC

Emilia Kakavani ACC is an executive, career, and transition coach who creates a stimulating and supportive coaching space by offering her active presence to her clients to support them in successfully exploring their unique advantage, enhancing their skills while developing a meaningful career and prosperity, feeling self-confidence, and inner harmony. 

Emilia spent the first 20 years of her career in Brand Marketing, Media, and Public Relations in various countries and industries, including a Fortune 500 subsidiary, specifically in FMCGs, Entertainment, Shipping, and Hospitality. During this period, she realized that her interest and success lay in people development, agility, an open mindset, and relationship management.

Eva Pachi ACC

Eva Pachi is a highly qualified and dedicated professional in the field of life and relationship coaching, certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). With her accreditation from the ICF, Eva demonstrates her commitment to adhering to the highest standards of coaching excellence and ethical practice.

Drawing from a wealth of knowledge and experience, Eva obtained her coaching education from  Global Academy of Coaching.  Eva's coaching approach, allowing her to integrate diverse perspectives and techniques into her practice, ensuring a holistic and effective coaching experience for her clients.

Complementing her coaching expertise, Eva holds a degree from Panteion University, further solidifying her academic background.
